Hayley was incredibly helpful with finding our new family home. Moving from Angus to Greater London Area was no easy task, and we were afraid that viewing homes was going to be an issue as we were driving two and a half hours to do so.
Hayley went above and beyond the realtor call of service. She spent her ENTIRE Saturday taking us to 11 viewings, even sneaking in a 12th at the last minute for us. She packed drinks, snacks and gave an amazing recommendation to Heeman’s for an in-between viewings tour.
Hayley was so kind, supportive, and diligent in her work. She checked every single detail of every house top to bottom with us looking for any sign of leaks, cracks, mould or malfunctioning appliances.

In addition to her helpful demeanor she seemed to have an engineer’s eye for looking at property and engaged thoughtfully in the discussion of 'market value'. We missed on a few properties in the process - but that was necessary to understand the market and our needs. We were very close on our third try offering $81k over list and I think we were all surprised we didn't get it. We finally landed on something that was close enough to perfect and in this market it seemed impossible to wait for a better property and a better price. My son David is moved in now and life is already stabilizing in his new home.
